At Sudathi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 7 days of delivery as long as they are unworn and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Sudathi account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and with the security tag intact, then pack it securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Pickup and Transit

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide you with a return tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team verifies the product, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Sudathi wallet within 5-7 business days.
